Return for refund of goods is not permitted on any order placed with Estética Direct Limited.

Any return of goods due to damages including breakages or errors must be reported to Estética Direct Limited on the same day as the order has been received to the buyer from the courier.

Any goods deemed to have been sent in error, must be returned upon acceptance from the seller, within three days of receipt of products (excluding refrigerated products) Products must be unopened and unused upon returning to Estética Direct Limited.

Any orders returned must be returned in original packaging as receiving by buyer, including delivery packaging for inspection.

If a refund has been agreed due to any reason given by the seller, this will be made to the buyer within 5 working days of Estética Direct Limited receiving the goods by the buyer.
