How do I create an account with Estética Pharmacy?
Use our 'register' button to request an account, once you have completed the registration form, please email photo ID to info@esteticapharmacy.co.uk. We will then be able to complete all verification checks allowing to you log into the website using your email address and chosen password.
How do I place an order?
To purchase non prescription items you must first register with an account with us, once registered you can then purchase these online using the website payment system. To purchase prescription items you must register an account with us, your prescriber must also have an account with us and they are required to send in the prescription into the pharmacy. Once we have received the prescription we will process the order and send you a payment link for you to pay for the items and despatch accordingly.
I am a prescriber, how can I send in prescriptions to Estética Pharmacy?
If you have not already registered your account with us, please tick ‘I am a prescriber’ when registering. You will then be sent a prescription template form with your log in credentials. If you have registered but require the prescription template, please contact us at info@esteticapharmacy.co.uk and we will send the form. Prescriptions need to be completed by prescriber & any required consultations completed prior to sending over to us via email. Prescribers: Please note your client must have an account registered with Estética Pharmacy for us to be able to process the prescription, and original copies must be sent to us within 72 hours of sending the prescription via email.
How can I guarantee same day dispatch of my order?
Orders placed by 3pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed ready for dispatch the next working day. Saturday delivery available for non-refrigerated orders only. (Please see delivery information page for further info).
Are there minimum or maximum number of items I can add to a prescription?
There are no minimum order restrictions for prescriptions. Quantities should reflect the number of items required to treat the patient that the prescription is required for.
What are the pharmacy’s opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. We are closed Bank holidays & our opening hours are subject to change around the festive period.
Can I place an order without registering for an account?
All customers must have an account with Estética Pharmacy to be able to place any orders. (Including non POM products).
Can non-prescribers order products through this site?
Yes, you are able to purchase non POM products through our site once you have registered your account. You can also order prescription items through this pharmacy by working with a prescriber who can send your prescriptions.
How long until my order is dispatched once my prescriber has sent in the prescription?
Prescriptions are reviewed same day by our pharmacists if sent in before 3pm Monday-Friday. If we receive the prescription by 3pm Monday-Thursday, your order will be dispatched the same day. If prescription is received by us after 3pm Monday-Thursday, you will receive the order on the next working day. Please note: Full payment for order is required before order is dispatched, we will send payment links promptly once our pharmacists have approved the order & payment is required before 3pm for orders to be dispatched on time.

Can I collect my order?
We do not currently offer a collection service. All orders are sent via courier service.
