Delivery Information

Delivery times & prices:

Orders will be delivered next working day if placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday. 
Price: £10 

Saturday delivery available for non refrigerated items/orders. (For orders placed Thursday before 1pm). 
Price £39.00 

Dispatch:

Any orders that we receive after 1pm will be processed for dispatch the next working day.

Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, for next day delivery providing there are no unexpected delays at the pharmacy, we do not guarantee next day delivery, all delivery times are only an estimation.

Tracking and delivery updates will be provided by courier for your delivery once dispatched. 

Delivery address: 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address has been provided/updated with Estética Pharmacy for every order. Please get in touch at info@esteticapharmacy.co.uk if you need to update your delivery details prior to ordering. 

We are unable to change the delivery address for the order once dispatched.

If you have any concerns or issues with your deliveries this must be notified within 24 hours of receiving, if it is done after this time-frame the pharmacy will not be able to assist.
